Rodney Pratt is now being cared for at home. David Robins is still in hospital under observation
and awaiting a bed at Kleinwort for rehabilitation.
Hazel Clift has gone into a care home in Ifield after a series of falls. She was somewhat reluctant but agreed it was a sensible move.
Easter Garden and lilies
Our enormous thanks to Sarah and Faith for creating such a beautiful Easter Garden and to Emily and her team for the lovely flower arrangements. Also to everyone who has contributed flowers for our jam jars!
Please call into church to view our beautiful Easter Garden, lilies in memory of loved ones and all floral arrangements.
Palm crosses will be available for you to collect.

Fr Michael Maine has invited anyone interested to join Holy Trinity, Cuckfield on Zoom at 12 noon when Bishop Ruth will be leading a Good Friday devotion – three reflections with prayers and a hymn. This can be accessed by going to the Holy Trinity website and tapping on the blue button just before noon.
Good Friday 2 - 3pm in church
The service will consist of recorded music and hymns, readings and reflections including a dramatic reading of the Passion Narrative.

Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM)
This will be conducted via Zoom beginning at 11am on Sunday 18th April.
A link for the meeting will be sent out prior to the meeting but please let us know if you wish to attend so that we can be sure you have the link. Reports will be published in advance of the meeting.
Churchwardens need to be nominated and elected and we also have four vacancies on the PCC.
Please consider any nominations but do approach your preferred nominee before informing Claire George, PCC Secretary.
New members are very welcome so please consider joining the PCC.
Next meeting of the Men's Group will be on Wednesday 21st April at 8pm via Holy Trinity

Parish Giving Scheme
Church expenditure has not substantially changed during the COVID-19 outbreak.
We still need to support mission, insure the church building, continue outward giving and contribute towards clergy costs.

Rev Simon Allaby is intending to start an Alpha course starting on Tuesday 13th April.. Please contact him at Bolney Village Chapel if you are interested in joining.
Could you help to stock the FSW foodbank ?
FSW will continue to distribute non-perishable food to all known families. Currently all gifts are collected from church on the second Wednesday of each month. Please drop your offerings into the box as near to that day as possible. We also welcome gift vouchers or financial donations that can be directed at supporting the families most in need and as usual, items can be left in the baskets either in Church or the Eight Bells.
