Intercessions:  Please  pray for those who are sick and in need within our families and community especially - Tom Crawford, Dilys Dunkin, Jim Futcher, Sandra Gibson, Helen, Michael Hudson, Rose Luce, Annabel Moir, Adrian Morris, Peta Pratt, Paul Riseley, Jenny and Peter Scofield, Hudson Wiggins and all those carers locally who quietly carry out their duties with little support or respite available at this time. 

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Albert Clifford and remember his family in your prayers as they mourn. 
Albert's funeral will take place in church at 11.30am on Thursday 8th June followed by a reception at the Rawson Hall.

Please continue to pray for the repose of the souls of Phyllis Bridger and Mary Brazil and their families as they mourn.

Our very own Rev Peter Sutton is to be priested on Saturday 3rd June at 12 noon at St Mary's, Horsham.
He will be delighted to see anyone from Bolney. We send him our love and prayers as he continues his service at St Giles, Horsted Keynes.

Our prayers continue for the continuing desperate situation in Ukraine, more than a year on and for those trapped in Sudan; also Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Southern Madagascar and all countries of the world who are suffering as a result of war, famine, drought, persecution, political unrest and continued Coronavirus outbreaks.

Deanery Synod Tuesday 13th June 2023
Everyone is welcome to attend the next Deanery Synod at St Augustine's, Scaynes Hill
7.45pm for 8pm
The speaker will be Stephen Argent, Reader at St Augustine's and Assistant Warden for Lay Ministry in the Horsham Archdeaconry.

Men's Group will next meet at The Bull, Shermanbury on Wednesday 21st June for skittles and pizza.

The Taverners Xl are playing 20-20 at Cuckfield every Thursday from 25th May until 27th July starting at 6pm for those interested. 

Saturday Markets  10am - 12noon.
Dates for 2023 are: 23rd September and 25th November.

We have launched our annual Grand Prize Draw raising money for church funds to culminate on Village Day Saturday 24th June.
Tickets have been issued with the May magazine. Sue has many extra tickets to sell upon request! Your help with sales beforehand and on the day will be much appreciated.

Holy Trinity are looking to appoint a part time Old School Manager to manage the Old School on a day to day basis.
Reporting to the Chair of the Old School Board they are to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for a public building and that the Old School serves the needs of Holy Trinity Church and remains a leading choice for members of the community seeking a place to hire for single, short-term and long-term use.
  • Location: The Old School, Cuckfield RH17 5JZ
  • Hours: 3 hours per day Monday to Friday (e.g. 9-12am or 1-4pm)
  • Salary: £9,984 pa

Could you help to stock the FSW foodbank?  

FSW continue to distribute non-perishable food to known families. Currently gifts are collected from church on the second Wednesday of each monthPlease drop your offerings into church as near to that day as possible. We also welcome gift vouchers or financial donations that can be directed at supporting the families most in need and as usual, items can be left in the baskets either in Church or the Eight Bells. For more information check the FSW website or contact Sue.


Plastic milk bottle tops - Chestnut Tree House Childrens Hospice 
Please continue to save your plastic bottle tops from milk bottles and milk cartons.  There is a collection bin in church. 

Batchelor's Field Community Cafe
Needs our support whether it is to help or buy lunch or coffee. There is a huge shortage of volunteers so if you can help to serve lunches and drinks you will be welcomed with open arms.

Please help by being vigilant
